Before commissioning

Main earthing bar accessible and labeled
SPD PE landed on the same bar / bonding network as the board
No painted joints without proper electrical bond
Cable armor and trays bonded
LPS and electrical earth interconnection verified

After storms

Re-check bolted bonds and SPD status windows. Mechanical vibration and thermal cycling loosen connections over years.
